“After two intensive months of learning, listening, and connecting, the moment has come to fully embrace my role as CEO of this wonderful company with a family spirit.

Over the past weeks, I’ve had the privilege of visiting our local branches, meeting many colleagues, speaking with customers, and truly getting to know the heart of NNZ. It has been an inspiring journey across countries, cultures, and personal stories, a unique opportunity to see what makes our company so special.

A heartfelt thank you to Len Boot for so generously sharing his time, insights, and experience. His leadership has laid the foundation for who we are today. I am grateful that he remains engaged as a member of the Supervisory Board, as we continue building the future together.

I am honored to lead the Royal NNZ Group into its next phase of growth. A phase where we will not only build on our rich history, but also actively create space for renewal, acceleration, and international expansion. With the fourth generation already active in the company, we have a beautiful balance between tradition and the future.

The opportunities ahead of us are vast. There is still much to learn, to develop, and to contribute. Together with our teams, I see countless possibilities to create even more value for our customers, partners, and colleagues worldwide. Our focus on innovative packaging solutions and sustainability will remain at the heart of this journey.

Guiding me along the way are the four P’s so deeply embedded in our culture: Pleasure, Passion, Personal, and Plan. A powerful combination and my compass for the road ahead. It is a rare privilege to be part of something with such deep roots and such a promising future. I look forward to making a difference together with all of you.
